## Description

Proximo Parents by Diego González-Clark is a platform dedicated to inclusive parenthood and the many paths people may take toward becoming a parent. Drawing on his experience as a single father who adopted his son in the Netherlands, Diego shares personal insights into adoption and the questions, procedures, and uncertainty that can accompany a family-building journey. His work aims to make information easier to navigate for people with a wish to become parents, while encouraging greater understanding among friends, family, and others around them.

The platform offers the Inclusief Ouderschap podcast, which explores adoption, foster care, IVF, IUI, co-parenting, surrogacy, and other family forms beyond traditional expectations. Diego also writes columns and speaks about his experiences. His book, Buiten gewone gezinnen, combines personal storytelling with information about diverse forms of parenthood, including the doubts, grief, and difficult choices that may arise, as well as the perspectives of people who do not want or cannot have children. The website also shares Diego’s listening recommendations and links to the book and podcast.
