## Description

Inclusion Spot is the trading name of AGN Advisory Ltd, led by inclusion education consultant Aurelie G Norman. The service helps children and families thrive in a neurodiverse world by providing tailored advice and practical support to parents, carers, independent schools and organisations. Its bespoke packages are designed around each child’s or group’s individual needs, with the aim of making everyday life and learning more manageable.

Inclusion Spot helps children better understand the world around them through customised strategies and tools. Support may include using frameworks to help children identify emotions, develop ways to respond in different situations and regulate feelings more effectively. Practical approaches can also include visual aids and daily routines to prepare children for new experiences and transitions. The service additionally supports adults in understanding children’s emotions and responding constructively.

Inclusion Spot offers guidance for families and educational teams, drawing on expertise in neurodiversity and practical experience. Its work is intended to help staff strengthen their practice and support neurodivergent pupils more effectively.
