Welcome to Inclusive Bangladesh, a local non-profit and transgender-led youth LGBTIQ+ organization that is dedicated to promoting human rights in Bangladesh and the United Kingdom. Established in 2013, our mission is to create an inclusive society where every citizen becomes a valuable resource in safeguarding each other's human rights and fostering peaceful living.

At Inclusive Bangladesh, we focus on various areas to achieve our goal, including promoting human rights, gender equality, religious literacy, global citizenship, diversity, and equality. We actively collaborate with diverse local and international organizations, development partners, and youth changemakers to ensure the effectiveness of our work.

Our vision is to strive for an egalitarian society where local youths play a leading role in empowering each other and shaping a sustainable, just, equitable, and peaceful society. We emphasize the active participation of youths in various initiatives such as promoting quality education, addressing hate speech and violent extremism, advancing interfaith dialogue, and promoting sexual and gender diversity.
