With a focus on providing equal access to information, resources, and opportunities, I-Stem aims to bridge the gap in education and employment faced by over 1. 3 billion individuals with disabilities worldwide.

I-Stem offers a range of initiatives and programs to achieve their vision. The annual Inclusive Stem Confluence brings together professionals, students, and advocates for discussions, workshops, networking events, and a hackathon. Through the Fellowship program, talented individuals with disabilities can connect with industry partners and be considered for employment opportunities.
