The Indiana Latino Institute (ILI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Latino educational attainment and workforce preparedness throughout Indiana. With a mission focused on advocacy, leadership development, and culturally responsive programming, ILI aims to increase the number of Latino high school and college graduates in the state. ILI's educational initiatives are designed to prepare Latino students in four key areas: college access, college success, workforce preparedness, and systems change.

By providing resources and support, ILI endeavors to empower Latino students to excel academically and achieve their educational goals.
