## Description

Indigenous Russia is a small project that has recently been launched, focusing on highlighting Traditional Knowledge and Indigenous Peoples’ Fisheries in the Arctic Region. The project stemmed from the Expert Seminar held in FAO HQ in Rome in September 2019. Despite the lack of detailed information available about the seminar, Indigenous Russia aims to bridge the gap by providing insights and updates on such events.

The project serves as a platform to share stories, news, and updates about various regions, communities, and initiatives related to indigenous peoples in Russia. By collaborating with multiple authors and allowing for user-generated content, Indigenous Russia aims to create a comprehensive resource that is easily accessible and relevant to those interested in the development and well-being of indigenous communities.

Join Indigenous Russia in exploring the rich cultural heritage and contemporary issues of indigenous peoples in Russia.
