## Description

InFuture is a Dublin-based AI company that designs and runs services for recruitment teams and businesses. Its primary offering is WhatsApp candidate screening for recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams. When applicants apply, they receive a chat with qualifying questions, and recruiters can review each candidate’s answers and full transcript on a live dashboard. The system supports multiple languages and can be added to existing job ads using a link or QR code, without requiring an ATS integration or changes to advertising. InFuture emphasizes privacy, GDPR compliance, and readiness for the EU AI Act. Its AI identifies itself, while people make and record all hiring decisions; it does not automatically reject candidates. Recruiters can try the service, run a two-week trial on live roles, and then pay per completed screen, with no contract or charge for abandoned chats. InFuture also offers an AI receptionist for Irish businesses, providing overflow, lunchtime, and after-hours phone cover. The company says it designs, operates, and supports its services, including associated compliance work.
