With the transformation of PT Askes into BPJS Kesehatan, Mandiri Inhealth was acquired by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia or Indonesia Financial Group (IFG). This acquisition allowed Mandiri Inhealth to access a wider corporate market and expand its healthcare provider infrastructure to support managed care schemes.
