# Inneres Licht - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `inneres-licht.com` ## Description Inneres Licht is a yoga and coaching practice founded by Hannah in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, Germany, focused on women’s health and cycle-aware living. Its offerings are designed to support people through different life stages, with attention to individual needs and wellbeing. Classes include cycle-aware yoga, Feminine Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yogilates, prenatal yoga, yoga with babies, yoga for older adults, and Yoga Nidra; sessions conclude with Yoga Nidra. The practice also offers workshops, women’s circles, one-to-one coaching and yoga sessions, online programmes, events, and sound bowl massage. Some programmes address menstrual discomfort, endometriosis, menopause-related concerns, and healthy cycle practices. Seasonal guidance helps participants adapt their yoga to the changing phases of the menstrual cycle, balancing movement, strength, and rest. Sessions take place in a garden setting in a former nursery, with an indoor yoga room available in winter or poor weather. Through yoga and coaching, Inneres Licht aims to encourage self-connection, relaxation, self-care, and a more cycle-conscious approach to everyday life and work. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/innereslicht_yoga) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idEVwm2D1N/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793843509360) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idEVwm2D1N/w/150/h/150/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793843509537) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Gigas | #5e3d8b | accent | | Grape | #382157 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
