## Description

INNER - Human Motion is a brand that offers a unique approach to fitness through a variety of training programs tailored to promoting holistic development and natural body adaptations. Our training is divided into 3 phases of development, designed to stimulate the spiral structure of the human body under challenging loads that test mobility and functional strength.

With INNER, you can experience Functional Training that focuses on Strength, Mobility, and Metabolic Acceleration, as well as Yoga for body-mind connection and Metabolic Training for neuromuscular strengthening. Additionally, our classes include Animal Flow, a fluid movement system using bodyweight exercises near the ground for muscular endurance and metabolic boost.

Join us on a journey towards self-discovery and wellness at INNER - Human Motion, located at Mariano Sanchez Fontecilla 602, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. Visit our website to learn more about our classes, schedules, and training plans. Let's move and thrive together!
