## Description

InnovaConcrete is a pioneering initiative focused on preserving 20th-century concrete-based monuments, which are vital components of our cultural heritage. Recognizing the unique significance of these structures, the project aims to develop innovative materials and techniques to ensure their long-term conservation. Led by a diverse team of experts from various scientific disciplines, InnovaConcrete is at the forefront of developing solutions such as Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) gel production, biotechnology for self-healing surfaces, and advanced coatings for corrosion inhibition.

Through rigorous assessment and validation, the project utilizes landmark case studies, including important sites like the Centennial Hall and various sculptures, to demonstrate the effectiveness of its solutions. Additionally, it emphasizes the economic and societal impacts of preserving these iconic structures, fostering public awareness about our shared heritage. As part of its mission, InnovaConcrete also addresses future commercialization strategies, ensuring that their innovative products can be standardized and effectively implemented in the field of cultural heritage conservation.
