With a focus on the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), InnovAge has been providing comprehensive and personalized care for frail seniors for over 30 years. To ensure the highest standards of care, InnovAge develops a Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan each year, focusing on meeting the requirements of state and federal regulators. This plan enables InnovAge to continually improve and deliver safe and effective services to its participants. Whether it's clinical, exercise, nutrition, medication management, or social engagement, InnovAge provides a comprehensive range of services to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of seniors.
