## Description

InnovART is a Luxembourg-based company established in 2025 in Hobscheid, focused on investing in and developing exceptional projects across fine crafts and prestige real estate. Its vision is to preserve enduring value and support the transmission of assets and expertise across generations. The company’s work spans three areas. The 12ème Art initiative promotes horology, jewellery, goldsmithing and related crafts through a distinction and digital ecosystem designed to connect artisans, established houses and collectors. In prestige watchmaking, InnovART aims to create and market limited-edition timepieces, bringing together technical expertise and artistic expression through independent Swiss watchmaking. Its real estate activities focus on rare properties selected for their heritage value, architectural character and long-term potential. InnovART describes its approach as collaborative, combining creative, commercial, strategic, marketing and financial expertise. Through these projects, the company seeks to raise the visibility of exceptional craftsmanship, develop distinctive products and build a portfolio of enduring assets. Its Luxembourg base places it within a recognised international financial centre.
