Innovation Fund America is a leading nonprofit organization that supports technology startups in Northeast Ohio through seed funding and educational programs. The fund offers two types of awards: an A award of up to $50,000 for businesses in the proof-of-concept stage, and a B award of up to $150,000 for those ready to validate their businesses and products.

Unlike other funding sources, Innovation Fund America also offers a comprehensive entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing valuable resources, coaching, and support to portfolio companies. They have made a significant impact since their establishment in 2007, having received over 6,800 inquiries, accepted over 1,800 applications, and issued more than 315 funding awards. Their funding has enabled portfolio companies to receive over $925 million in follow-on funding, grow sales revenue by more than $675 million, and create over 1,200 jobs in Northeast Ohio.
