## Description

Innovative Community Care (ICC) is a locally owned, community-rooted provider of personal NDIS support across Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula, based at The HUB in McLaren Vale. Its approach centres on the individual: support is shaped around each person’s choices, goals, plan and everyday routines. Participants can meet their support worker before services begin, and there are no lock-in arrangements.

Services include practical help with daily living, community participation, building independence, social connection and wellbeing, and support connection to help people understand the NDIS and find appropriate services. ICC works with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, offering flexible support that can adapt as circumstances change. The organisation also provides accessible, plain-English NDIS information through its online hub.

ICC describes its service as small, local and intentionally personal, with an emphasis on reliable communication, transparent pricing and the NDIS Code of Conduct. People can begin with a no-pressure conversation by phone, email or in person.
