## Description

In Pursuit of Tea is a brand that was founded in 1999 by Sebastian Beckwith and his friends. Their mission was to explore small tea farms in Asia and source the finest teas available. With over twenty years of experience, they continue to visit these historic tea-growing regions to taste the season's harvest and bring back the best teas. Their looseleaf teas are meticulously crafted with great care, most of them still picked and processed by hand, drawing on centuries of tradition. In Pursuit of Tea offers a wide range of selections, from delicate white teas to rich and complex oolongs and pu-erhs. They believe in the inherent quality of each true tea and don't blend lots or add flavorings. In addition to supplying home tea drinkers, they also collaborate with many restaurants, bars, and cafes to elevate the quality and service of tea in the fine dining and hospitality industry. They source directly from tea farmers, supporting traditional agriculture and ensuring the best taste. By purchasing their tea, you directly support threatened tea farming traditions and provide a fair price for an artisanal agricultural product. The brand is comprised of passionate individuals, including Sebastian Beckwith, who has a deep love and knowledge of tea, and Ana Dane, who has explored traditional regions of tea production in India, China, Taiwan, and Japan. They are dedicated to sharing their expertise and passion for tea. In Pursuit of Tea has been featured in various reputable publications and media outlets, and their commitment to providing exceptional teas has garnered them recognition. They offer a newsletter subscription that grants 15% off the next order, and they can be followed on social media for updates and tea-related content. Contact them for press inquiries or visit their website to learn more about their journey to origin and their shipping and refund policies.
