Inside Health Institute is a local 501c3 non-profit organization based in Bothell, WA. Our mission is to bring accessible holistic mental health solutions to all, as we believe that health access is a fundamental human right. We offer integrative mental health services and community health education to underserved individuals in King and Snohomish counties.

Initially founded in 2015 as an integrative health care clinic, we provided naturopathic medicine and mental health services. However, in response to the increased mental health care needs in our community following the 2019 pandemic, we pivoted our focus to fill the gap in mental health care. At Inside Health Institute, we are guided by our core values of compassion, innovation, equity, and inclusion.

We prioritize compassionate care, striving to meet the specific needs of each individual. Through innovation, we aim to create a holistic health care model that addresses the needs of all patient populations. Equity and inclusion are fundamental in all our relationships and operations.

In King and Snohomish Counties, where over 365,000 people live below the poverty line, many individuals cannot afford basic health care. Moreover, the majority of those in need of mental health treatment do not receive it. We recognize these disparities and offer high-quality mental health counseling to at-risk, marginalized, uninsured, and underinsured populations.

Through sliding scale discounts and pro bono services, we provide over $60,000 in annual discounts to ensure that quality care is accessible to those who need it most. Our approach to healthcare is based on a comprehensive understanding of the physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, and social factors that influence well-being. We are committed to serving underserved and marginalized individuals in our community, as well as partnering with organizations that support these communities.
