## Description

Inside Out Community is a thriving charity that focuses on using creativity to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. Their team of artists, volunteers, and members work together to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can engage in various art forms to maintain positive mental and emotional wellbeing. They offer a diverse range of workshops, including visual arts, music, creative writing, dance, and movement. These workshops are facilitated by professional artists who have a keen understanding of mental and emotional health challenges. All workshops are free and open to individuals recovering from mental health issues, experiencing a wellbeing crisis, or simply looking to tap into the healing powers of creativity. Inside Out Community also provides one-to-one creative mentoring sessions for those unable to join the group workshops. Their commitment extends beyond their community as they actively promote the benefits of arts for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
