Insightful Counselling & Training is a professional psychotherapy counseling and training center in Singapore. Our certified therapists have handled over 35,000 sessions, serving a diverse range of clients with various concerns. Our goal is to provide multi-lingual and multi-domain counseling support to people from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ population. Founder Reena Goenka, a highly experienced trauma therapist specializing in EMDR and Brainspotting techniques, started ICT with a vision to empower individuals, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or economic constraints. What sets us apart is our unique approach, offering Group Therapy sessions using a combination of Nonviolent Communication, Process Works therapy, and Relational Transactional Analysis for conflict resolution. We are also the only counseling center in Singapore that offers unlimited FREE counseling sessions by interns undergoing their Master's in Counseling. Our team consists of internationally trained counselors and psychotherapists, each with their own expertise, allowing us to address a wide range of concerns such as trauma, couple therapy, addiction, and mindfulness. We offer personalized therapies for individual care and are committed to staying updated with the latest breakthroughs in therapy and counseling. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of mental health and community care, empowering individuals to make healthy life choices.
