## Description

The Inspired Evolution Project (IEP) is a personal-growth program focused on helping people become more centered, mindful, and balanced. Led by Linda Forrest, it offers information about how the brain works and how the body responds, alongside flexible practices that participants can adapt to their own goals and routines. The program is organized into five phases, ranging from relief of suffering and greater centeredness to advanced meditation, contemplation, and ongoing study of human DNA.

IEP provides free introductory courses for its first two phases, covering brain function, unconscious triggers, and meditation practices. Further offerings include paid advanced meditation courses, active listening and contemplation resources, group content, contributions, single-session workshops, and multi-session courses. Topics include building a healthy immune system, overcoming writer’s block and codependency, recognizing personal worth, and balancing relationships. The project also offers subscriptions, articles, videos, a daily blog, and success stories. Its approach is designed to complement other programs, with users choosing how much to incorporate.
