# Institute for Transformation

## Description

The Institute for Transformation helps individuals and organisations navigate complexity and create lasting change in how they live and lead. Its approach, Whole Intelligence, focuses on the orientation people bring to relationships, decisions and difficult situations. Rather than addressing behaviour alone, the Institute explores the patterns and perspectives that can keep recreating a problem, helping clients develop greater clarity, discernment, creativity and connection.

The Institute offers one-to-one individual transformation through eight sessions, organisational work built around live challenges, and online programs such as Whole Intelligence Under Pressure. Its Eight Ways compass provides a practical framework for examining experiences that feel stuck, charged or difficult to navigate. The Institute also shares guides and written notes to support ongoing reflection and learning.

Founded by Dr Be, the Institute is grounded in more than two decades of enquiry into how understanding can become lived transformation. It is based on Gadigal Country, where it acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation as Traditional Custodians.
