We collaborate with family members, personal trainers, long-term care facilities, memory care facilities, wellness centers, community centers, and anyone else who seeks to utilize the InstruMix program. We provide comprehensive support, including training, access to instruments, monthly support, and our exclusive choreography and music. Founded by Aysha Tenouri, a highly experienced professional in mental health counseling, yoga, gymnastics, and music, InstruMix aims to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults worldwide.
