We were inspired to start Intake because we witnessed athletes falling short of reaching their goals, despite their commitment and hard work.

We rejected the idea of plateaus and decided to focus on breathing as a key element in maximizing performance. Drawing inspiration from Olympic athletes and modern-day sports enthusiasts who used adhesive nasal strips, we developed a durable and versatile product capable of enhancing aerobic capacity and improving overall performance. In June 2019, we launched Intake Breathing on Kickstarter, thanks to the support of approximately 3,000 backers, friends, family, and investors.
