## Description

InTandem Talent is a strategic recruiting partner for founders and operators seeking to build lasting teams. Founded by recruiter Brandon Ram, the company offers an alternative to commission-based recruiting, using a flat-fee approach designed to align its work with clients’ hiring outcomes. Rather than working from the outside, InTandem embeds with client teams to understand their culture, business, operations, and expectations for each role. Its recruiting process emphasizes thoughtful assessment, structured collaboration, and long-term fit over speed or candidate volume.

InTandem’s services include Recruitment-as-a-Service, a flat monthly retainer with a dedicated recruiting partner; Fractional Head of Talent, which provides hiring strategy, process ownership, and delivery without a full-time hire; and Project-Based Search for specific roles or short-term needs. The company describes its approach as embedded, intentional, and accountable, with shared responsibility for outcomes. InTandem also publishes recruiting advice and insights on hiring and talent strategy through its newsletter and blog.
