## Description

Integratives Ausbildungszentrum Vorarlberg (IAZ) is a dedicated organization focused on providing vocational training and personal development opportunities for young people with disabilities in the Vorarlberg region. As a subsidiary of Lebenshilfe Vorarlberg, IAZ aims to create equitable chances for these individuals in the job market through comprehensive, socially responsible education programs that combine practical training with school instruction. Their training programs, ranging from two to four years, help equip participants with essential skills tailored to their unique needs.

In addition to educational services, IAZ also showcases the creativity of its apprentices by offering a variety of handmade products such as wooden items, wellness products, and greeting cards for sale in their shop located in Sulz. By promoting awareness and fostering inclusion within the community, IAZ emphasizes the importance of collaboration, exemplified in their film project highlighting personal stories of individuals associated with the organization. Through these initiatives, IAZ not only prepares its learners for future employment but also champions the dignity and recognition of persons with disabilities in society.
