## Description

IntentSignal is a cold email agency serving B2B SaaS companies with annual revenue of $3 million to $200 million. Co-founded by Kyle Rasmussen and Andrew Elsakr, the company combines sales experience and in-house AI development to build and manage tailored outbound programs. Rather than relying on standard templates, IntentSignal creates a custom AI agent for each client. These agents monitor the client’s total addressable market for buying signals and help shape relevant outreach using cold email and paid advertising.

The agency tests new campaign approaches daily, aiming to book qualified meetings directly on clients’ sales representatives’ calendars. Its services also include building and maintaining email-sending infrastructure, such as dedicated domains, warmed mailboxes, and properly configured authentication records. Clients retain ownership of the domains and mailboxes created for their campaigns.

IntentSignal reports results including more than 90 sales-accepted leads for Gainsight in two months, 117 opportunities for Route in one month, and meetings with leaders at 6.5% of US restaurant locations for Upside in one quarter.
