At Interloan, our main goal is to provide a seamless salary advance solution for workers in various businesses through our advanced online platform. We aim to minimize the pressure on working capital, enhance competitiveness in the labor market for small and medium-sized enterprises, and support workers in meeting their urgent, short-term needs in life by offering timely and quick salary advances. Interloan was established to meet the real needs of workers in Vietnam. According to a quick survey of 1,275 workers in Ho Chi Minh City, over 70% of them expressed the need for a salary advance within the past 6 months, primarily for short-term needs such as weddings, birthdays, medical expenses, or sending money back to their hometowns. The demand for salary advances is particularly high during Tet holidays or when businesses experience delays in salary payments. We understand the crucial importance of salary advances in attracting talent and providing a stable working environment for workers. However, many businesses face challenges in implementing these advances due to issues related to working capital, inefficient management processes, complex accounting procedures, and risks associated with a lack of effective salary advance management. At Interloan, we aim to utilize technology to systematize the salary advance processes in businesses for the benefit of workers. With our innovative and dedicated management team, we are honored to have received the Financial Innovation award with a total value of $505,000 from the Fintech Challenge Vietnam 2019 organized by the State Bank of Vietnam.
