## Description

Interreg ALCOTRA is a brand that represents the Interreg Alpine-Latin Cooperation Transfrontier Program. This program focuses on the cross-border territory between France and Italy in the Alpine region. Its main objectives are to address environmental challenges, revitalize transboundary economic and social systems, and overcome major cross-border obstacles through local, integrated, and inclusive cooperation. ALCOTRA is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which is an instrument for implementing the European Union's Cohesion Policy aimed at financing multi-year regional development programs. ALCOTRA supports various projects in line with its goals. These projects include those supported in the 2021-2027 and 2014-2020 periods. Stay informed about the latest news and events through the program's website, where you can find news articles, an agenda of upcoming events, and resources related to the program. If you have a project idea, you can learn about the process of submitting a project proposal on the website. Additionally, you can contact the program's management authority for more information.
