## Description

Intimu is a Corsican organic skincare and essential-oil brand founded by farmers and producers Hélène and Laurent Filippi in 2015. Based in Sisco, in the Cap Corse, the company grows and hand-harvests aromatic plants from the local maquis, mountain forests and citrus groves, then distils and transforms them using artisanal methods. Its name means “deep nature” in Corsican, reflecting a focus on local plant knowledge and ecological, sensory care.

Intimu’s range includes certified organic essential oils and hydrosols, floral waters, facial routines, body and men’s care, and aromatic roll-ons. Formulas are made in an artisanal laboratory from organic raw ingredients, without added water or petrochemical-derived ingredients. Key plants include Corsican immortelle, green myrtle and rosemary. Products address needs such as mature or sensitive skin, dehydration, redness, drainage and leg comfort. The brand also shares practical beauty and wellbeing guidance through its blog, videos, guides and plant quiz. Customers can shop online or find products through partner boutiques, spas, hotels and pharmacies.
