## Description

INTRO Matchmaking is a professional, face-to-face dating agency based at 24 Grafton Street in Dublin, serving clients throughout Ireland. It offers Irish singles a personal alternative to dating websites, personal ads and meeting people in pubs, focusing on introductions between genuine, verifiable people. The agency welcomes clients who meet its acceptance criteria and for whom it believes it can provide five suitable matches, and is committed to an inclusive environment.

INTRO’s matchmaking process is described as five steps and five dates, designed to help members find compatible partners. Clients can begin their journey through remote video chat or face-to-face sessions. The agency also offers services for older daters and gay dating, alongside information about its offices and testimonials from members.

Founded by directors Feargal Harrington and Rena Maycock, INTRO shares dating and relationship guidance through media appearances, a blog and the “Is This Why You’re Single?” podcast. Its team aims to support clients throughout the matchmaking journey, from the first enquiry to meeting potential matches.
