## Description

Introspection Beverly Hills is a professional psychological practice founded by Alaleh “Allie” K. Selkirk, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist. Based in Beverly Hills, California, the practice offers adults a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental setting to better understand themselves and address mental health concerns. Its clinical specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma and stressor-related disorders, insomnia, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. The practice provides psychodiagnostic assessment and treatment, with care tailored to individual needs.

Additional services include mental health evaluations and follow-up treatment related to plastic and bariatric surgery, MMPI personality assessments, adult ADHD evaluations, and peer consultation for healthcare providers. Introspection Beverly Hills also offers a limited, exclusive Concierge membership, which involves additional assessment beyond the initial consultation and psychodiagnostic assessment. The practice emphasizes self-discovery, self-compassion, and a trusting therapeutic relationship as part of the healing process. Prospective clients can contact the practice to schedule an initial consultation and learn about its specialties, approach, providers, and services.
