INVESCOT is the Spanish Association for Research in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology. Established in 1994 and registered with the Ministry of Justice and Interior, INVESCOT aims to promote research and development projects in the field of orthopedic surgery and traumatology. Their primary goals include fostering specialized training in basic, experimental, and clinical research, creating a national network of research groups and laboratories, and facilitating the exchange of results between different research groups both nationally and internationally.

In addition, INVESCOT collaborates with public administrations and private entities, providing scientific and technical advice to contribute to the advancement of orthopedic surgery and traumatology. Although INVESCOT has been involved in scientific meetings since its establishment, its official presentation took place at the I Congress of INVESCOT in collaboration with SIROT and EORS in February 1996. INVESCOT welcomes professionals with advanced qualifications in fields related to orthopedic surgery and traumatology to join their association.
