## Description

Invest In Our Youth is a community-focused organization founded in 2021 by Christian Flanigan to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and prepare for personal and professional success. Its approach combines mentorship, education, sports, and community involvement to create supportive spaces where youth can grow and become leaders.

The organization’s Young Achievers Mentoring Program, launched in 2022, is a school-based group program for young men in grades 3–12. Volunteer mentors encourage academic progress, personal development, career exploration, leadership, and brotherhood. Participants can also access tutors for homework, coursework, and test preparation. Additional offerings include workshops in financial literacy, mental health awareness, and college and career readiness, as well as community service projects.

Invest In Our Youth also provides athletic and wellness programs. Basketball opportunities include competitive team play, coached skills development, and the Junior Ballers camp; other camps feature dodgeball and flag football. Weekly wellness workshops address nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being. Football, soccer, and volleyball are identified as future team-sport offerings.
