## Description

Inyokai Dojo, also known as Palestra Oasi ASD, is a martial arts and wellbeing organization serving the Perugia and Foligno areas of Italy. Its program brings together traditional Japanese disciplines and movement practices, with the aim of supporting physical and mental wellbeing. Classes include Ju-Jutsu, taught in the Ricci Ryu tradition, as well as Kenjutsu, the art of the sword, and Jodo, the way of the staff. The dojo also offers Yoga, Pilates, bodyweight exercise and global stretching.

Ju-Jutsu classes are available for children from age four, as well as young people and adults. Rather than focusing on competition, the approach emphasizes personal development, discipline, respect, coordination, balance, flexibility and self-confidence. Martial arts training also explores movement, breathing, posture and the study of traditional weapons. Yoga, Pilates and stretching classes focus on body awareness, posture and muscular balance, including attention to back-related concerns. With instruction from dedicated teachers and a welcoming atmosphere, Inyokai Dojo presents its courses as a path to greater self-knowledge and lasting mind-body wellbeing.
