Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, with my mum joking that I started as soon as I could hold a spoon and a bowl. Even though my early creations were simple, like Jam Tarts and butterfly cakes, my love for baking grew and led me to start selling cupcakes at the age of 14.

Fast forward 8 years, and we now have IOWBakery, where we bake everything from scratch using fresh ingredients every single day.
