The Institute of Pediatric Nursing (IPN) is committed to strengthening the pediatric nursing workforce to enhance child health. As a board committee of the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB), we focus on optimizing the health and well-being of children and their families through a sustainable and highly qualified nursing workforce. Our volunteer leaders, including Committee Chair Amanda B. Brown, PhD, RN, CPN, CNL, FAB, and other accomplished members like Susan P. Andrews, DNP, RN, CNE, CPN, share a wealth of experience and expertise in pediatric nursing.

We offer resources for students, educators, and families to promote pediatric nursing careers and ensure the highest quality of care for children.
