We acquired Water-Tite in 1987, forming our Plumbing Products division. Subsequently, we added to our portfolio with the acquisition of Guy Gray, Truebro, Test-Tite, and the distribution rights to Studor. In 2003, we introduced structural adhesives and formed the SciGrip Structural Adhesives division.

Notably, IPS Corporation became the first industry company to offer low VOC solvent cements in 2009. In the following years, we expanded into Europe, acquired Glue Warehouse and Schwartz Chemical, and acquired Studor and Roof Top Blox in 2016. In 2019, we acquired T Christy's Enterprises and Tough Pans drain pain line, and most recently, Floodstop point-of-use leak detection devices in 2022.
