## Description

The Interdisciplinary Research Foundation is an academic organisation that brings researchers and scholars together through international conferences, workshops and related educational activities. Its programme covers a broad range of subjects across the humanities and social sciences, including language, literature, culture, gender studies, and Slavonic and East European studies. Events featured by the Foundation include conferences exploring traditions and transformations, constructions of femininity and masculinity, the uncanny in culture, fictional contexts, and the complexities of language. The organisation also promotes academic writing through workshops and invites participation from prospective speakers and attendees. Its website provides information about the Foundation, its members, reviewers, conference committee participants and volunteers, alongside publications, event listings, a gallery and contact details. Conference pages and announcements offer practical information such as locations, dates, proposal or application deadlines, and links to dedicated event websites. Through these activities, the Foundation supports interdisciplinary academic exchange and provides opportunities for participants to share research and engage with varied scholarly perspectives.
