## Description

The International Republican Institute (IRI) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting freedom and democracy worldwide. Since its establishment in 1994, IRI has been actively engaged in Ukraine, focusing on strengthening governance, public institutions, and fostering collaboration during the country’s transition to democracy. The institute offers a variety of programs aimed at different demographics, including youth, public servants, and local government representatives.

IRI's initiatives include comprehensive training programs such as the Project Management School for Local Self-Government and specialized schools for civil servants in Crimea. These programs are designed to empower leaders and activists, providing essential resources and tools to enhance governance and civic engagement. Additionally, IRI conducts surveys and creates infographics to gauge public sentiment and inform policy makers. The organization promotes values such as accessibility, accountability, and transparency, ensuring that its approach to democracy is inclusive and responsive to the needs of citizens. Through its efforts, IRI plays a crucial role in shaping a more democratic Ukraine.
