## Description

IRIIS Phytoprotection is a comprehensive image database dedicated to documenting the pests and allies of crops, along with the symptoms caused by non-parasitic factors on cultivated plants. Developed by the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, in collaboration with the Centre de référence en agriculture et agroalimentaire du Québec (CRAAQ), this resource is essential for agricultural professionals and researchers.

With a focus on plant health, IRIIS Phytoprotection provides detailed insights into various symptoms and damages affecting plants, featuring extensive categories for insects, other invertebrates, and weeds. Users can also explore the tool through various search criteria for effective identification of issues across different crops.

Recently, the beta version of IRIIS Phytoprotection has been launched, allowing users to experience its enhanced features firsthand. The platform is continuously enriched with contributions from MAPAQ and its partners, making it a pivotal asset for anyone involved in crop management or agricultural science. For more information and support, users can contact IRIIS through phone or email.
