# irivers.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `irivers.com` ## Description Internet Rivers (irivers.com) is a versatile online directory tailored to foster community engagement and support local web development. Born from the Community Color project, Internet Rivers aims to cultivate a strong sense of place by promoting Geodomains specifically in the Mountain West regions, including Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Beyond its regional focus, the platform seeks to expand its offerings with a broader array of web resources. The website operates on an innovative advertising model that initially relied on affiliate programs from national advertisers but has since evolved. In 2017, Internet Rivers shifted its approach to prioritize local businesses, allowing them to purchase ad space at a competitive rate of $25 for 100,000 page views. By ensuring that all advertisements maintain a local focus, Internet Rivers strengthens community ties and promotes area-specific services and products. This commitment to local advertising not only enhances visibility for small businesses but also enriches the directory's user experience, making it a valuable resource for residents and visitors alike. ## Industries - 🗺 Reference Materials - 🗺 Public Records and Directories _(under Reference Materials)_ - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | International Klein Blue | #0022aa | accent | | Black Russian | #000009 | dark | | Periwinkle | #bbcdff | light | ## Fonts - Times New Roman — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
