## Description

IROC, or the International Race of Champions, is a historic racing brand built around competition among leading drivers from across motorsport. Its original series ran annually from 1973 to 2006, bringing champions together in iconic cars on historic tracks. In 2024, NASCAR Hall of Fame member Ray Evernham and venture capitalist Rob Kauffman acquired the rights to the brand through IROC Holdings, with plans to revive the series.

The relaunched IROC presents racing events featuring celebrated drivers and historic competition, including appearances at venues such as the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and Lime Rock Park, as well as a Washington, D.C., street-circuit event. The official website shares series history, event announcements, news, race recaps, interviews, press conferences, and video coverage. Visitors can also explore a team registry, browse cars and parts offered for sale, and shop IROC merchandise. A newsletter provides updates on announcements about the series’ return. Through its events and coverage, IROC connects the legacy of champion-versus-champion racing with a new generation of fans.
