## Description

IROIS is a midwifery care and natural birth support center serving families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. Its approach emphasizes evidence-based information, individualized support, respect for each family’s needs, and preparation for parenthood. The center offers guidance on birth options, including home birth, hospital birth, water birth, and TOLAC/VBAC, alongside antenatal classes and pregnancy groups. Services for expectant parents include hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga, and pregnancy massage. After birth, families can access midwife home visits, infant massage groups, yoga for mothers and babies, and support around breastfeeding, weaning, infant sleep, and baby-led weaning. IROIS also runs educational seminars on infant and child first aid, Montessori-inspired children’s rooms, and other parenting topics, as well as training for midwives. Its English-language antenatal classes help parents prepare for birth and early parenthood. Through its services, IROIS aims to make pregnancy, birth, and recovery a warm, informed, and supportive experience for every family.
