## Description

Iron Fight Club is a Worcester-based martial arts and fitness club founded in 2016 by head coach Piotr “Iron” Ptasinski. It welcomes adults and children, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists, and offers coached training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, K1 kickboxing, boxing and mixed martial arts. Children’s classes provide age-appropriate instruction focused on confidence, discipline and focus, while adult programmes support skill development, fitness and practical self-defence.

Members can choose from structured class schedules, open mat access and membership plans with different weekly training options. Pay-as-you-go classes and personal training are also available, including tailored one-to-one coaching. The club has a competition team that takes part in interclubs, tournaments and professional fight events. Its coaching staff bring experience across BJJ, judo, kickboxing and professional MMA.

Iron Fight Club also supports REORG by hosting dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions for veterans, military personnel and emergency service members. Based at Gillards Yard on Hindlip Lane, the club offers a free first session and provides online training through a separate academy membership.
