## Description

The Foot and Ankle Specialists is a podiatry practice serving patients of all ages at offices in Clare and Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Led by doctors Edith Clark, DPM, and David Vance, DPM, the practice provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for foot and ankle conditions, with an emphasis on attentive, individualized treatment. Its services address heel and foot pain, sports injuries, pediatric foot concerns, ingrown and fungal toenails, gait problems, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic foot complications. Diagnostic and treatment options include onsite X-rays, noninvasive arterial testing, nerve fiber density testing for neuropathy, biomechanical care, orthotic therapies, and custom insoles, including sensory insoles with at-home monitoring technology. The practice also offers diabetic shoes, wound prevention and management, wound supplies, total contact casting, skin substitutes, and podiatric surgery when needed. The team aims to help patients maintain mobility and avoid surgery when possible, while providing surgical care when appropriate. Patients can request appointments at either location and may contact the offices for details about accepted insurance.
