ISF Waterloo is a brand under the ISF Educational Trust vzw, which was legally established in 1998. In 2012, the trust took on its present name and a new statutory purpose. The primary objective of ISF Trust is to provide education and care for children of all nationalities, with English being the main teaching language.

They also aim to support institutions that follow a recognized International Education curriculum. ISF Trust is committed to supporting the education and development of students and teachers affiliated with internationally accredited English language educational institutes, both in Belgium and worldwide. The trust implements a strict investment policy, focusing on projects that can realistically become self-financing and in which the trustees have real insight and experience. The funds generated from these sound investments are used for scholarships, bursaries, and grants to support the education of underprivileged children.
