## Description

ISH Dance Collective is an Amsterdam-based dance company that brings street culture to the theatre, creating performances that combine hip-hop and other urban arts with diverse artistic disciplines. The collective tours in the Netherlands and internationally, presenting work for audiences of different ages and backgrounds. Its productions may bring together dance, acrobatics, parkour, skateboarding, BMX, live music, opera, ballet, electronic music and digital art.

Alongside performances, ISH supports the next generation of artists through talent development, auditions, its Academy and creative programmes. Its educational work includes projects for schools, while Studio ISH offers a place for artistic development and community activity. The collective also connects with the wider international hip-hop community through events such as Open Podium, ISH Jams, Open Nights and Masters of Movement.

ISH’s programme includes family performances, action comedy, contemporary hip-hop productions and collaborative projects with other arts organisations. Audiences can explore current and past productions, attend performances and community events, and find tickets through the company’s agenda. ISH also shares news and offers limited-edition merchandise.
