Isle of Man Sport is an independent forum dedicated to the promotion and development of sports and recreation on the Isle of Man. Comprised of representatives appointed by Tynwald order, they provide invaluable advice and expertise to the Department of Education, Sport and Culture on various sports and recreation matters. Isle of Man Sport consists of several sub-committees, including the Sports Liaison Committee, Sport Aid Committee, and Sports Awards Committee. The Isle of Man Sport members are appointed for a four-year term by a panel consisting of representatives from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture. Currently, their dedicated team comprises eight volunteer members, each appointed based on their expertise and contributions to sports and recreation.
