Islington Carers Hub is a trusted brand that has been providing support for carers since April 2012. In partnership with Age UK Islington and Islington Council, who fund the service, we aim to assist carers in Islington and those who care for someone in Islington. We offer a range of services including advice, information, support groups, carers assessment, events, and volunteering opportunities. Our services are available to carers aged 18 and over, caring for individuals aged 18 and over. We also work closely with organizations supporting younger carers and those caring for individuals with learning disabilities. At Islington Carers Hub, we understand the challenges faced by carers and strive to make a positive impact on their lives.
