Independent School Management (ISM) is an organization dedicated to helping K–12 private-independent schools strengthen leadership and enrich the student experience. Founded in 1975 by Rod and Anne Snelling, ISM began with Ideas & Perspectives, an advisory periodical sharing practical insights and best practices.
